Discoveries are calling as inventions
Two heavy Bags on the back of lean Man.....this Management Idea was not a great invention this is a shame in the part of Management....In India with Poor resources and Money they trained the existing staff some more new skill which are going to increase the daily work of that poor less paid Medical assistant...still he/she has to do that job to feed his/her family and self.......Now USA was facing some economic slowdown..so now they are looking for those practices which can give more efficiency with less cost.....son now they are assigning multi jobs to one person without knowing that person was capable or not to do that job……..the Harvard Business school guys saying that this is a new management practice…which they innovated but it’s a discovery form poor countries…..
For your kind information USA, UK, EUROPE, UAE gave birth to so many complicated processes to increase Business in several sectors …those processes gave 1000 of million dollars ....those all are Burdens to them now...
So now they are in search of some new thoughts to stop unnecessary things.......and we are calling those Discoveries as Great Management inventions......there are so many processes which can give lot of efficiency with less cost ….so travel to developing countries or poor countries and copy-past those thoughts in developed counties which you did now ……..
