After that success their psychological behavior & life style took some changes. The successor has to have control on these changes if not the change will kill the success.

Human should have control on his Psychological behavior, who control himself in Happiness, fear, love, belongingness, hate, frustration, stress & success that human called as a “RISHI”.

In all Psychological Behaviors the success was a very dangerous, Bad & poisonous. Who controls that feel he will be called as RISHI and he will be promoted as a leader.

When a person achieves the success at that point of time he is going to face a typical test that you should not get tempted to use that success for personal feels and means. These personal feels and means always having a great attraction power with them so you have to carry a strong will power with you to not to get attracted towards these temptations. Ones you attracted your personality and your success can’t live with you they lose the shining and your success troughs you into deep darkness.

So this is the exact point where a Leader takes birth form a successor.

Without psychological stability success won’t stay with you for a long time, its few mint dream to you.

With Psychological stability the common person can became a great Leader.

Top MNC’s and organization just require employees & associates form top rated institutions in engineering & management or they hire who is having experience with competitor or who worked for more than 7 to 10 years in the relevant field means they need old and rolled minds on the same track.

These organizations just tasted the one flavor expertise. This flavor was very minimal and very expensive also but there are so many other flavors are also available in the market but the employer not ready to think beyond the box.

IIM’s, IIT’s, IIPM, ISB candidate views and thinking goes in one direction. With great expertise people from various institutions & experienced people from great organizations might have great thinking power but still they are not gods who knows all the people’s views so they can think to some extend even though they forced their legs in to the remaining segment shoes. So finally every organization was meeting some segment or some part of the 360 degree. They are failing to catch entire 360 degree.

To catch more it’s not that you have to think in their view or you have to put your feet in their shoes. Firstly you need some people who spent life in the remaining part of segment or degree.

These organizations saw the one side of the success with minimal expertise. These employers are adopted & addicted to one type of taste they are not ready to take another flavor which is huge in the society or market. This Huge flavor was going to give a new face of success.

This huge flavor of expertise was stored & positioned as an Iceberg all the people are seeing the tip of iceberg but no one was ready or dare to jump in to the sea to catch the reaming huge iceberg.

Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh both are similar and equal states in all categories like Human Resources, Opportunities, Physical Resources, Political situations and so on. But in the development matter the Andhra Pradesh was laying back because of so many reason some reasons are ……………………..

Tamilians are becoming Abdul Kalams. They are heading DRDO, ISRO and so many prestige institutions of India. But Andhra Engineers, Doctors, Managers are doing Slavery to Americans, selfish MNCs & some private forms their mind sets are stroked their only.

Tamilians are achieving Academy awards in the field of Art and entertainment (AR Rahaman), creating best animated films, producing and discovering great subjective movies (“kanjivaram”) with those they are achieving great awards in the national & international stage. But our Pictures are not even reaching the basics of regional category awards. But it’s considered as a most profitable industry in Andhra Pradesh and producing large number of movies in India. Most of the profit share is receiving by 10 to 15 films in this industry. Most experienced people like ANR and all kept their mouth mum and enjoying their earnings they don’t care what ever happen to industry. NTR family involved in Politics more than art. And our musicians are the best copiers in the world.

In politics also Tamilians are making their own brand. Great leaders like Chidambaram are dealing with Home ministry and some more important ministries also dealt by Tamil MPs only. They are involving in the most typical decisions of Indian polity. Coming to state politics of Tamilnadu no other person can’t interfere. But Andhra politics are became as bits and pieces with dirty un-united politics of Andhra politicians. Andhra politicians are being best self sellers. They are bowing & begging in front of the central politics and the central government throwing the last and unused bread pieces to Andhra. Our MPs are not even attending the parliament. In some cases the Tamils are also influencing us in our politics. Our politicians are fighting in between for barrel lands.

Industrial wise also Tamilnadu was getting the best opportunities and deals because of its political and social stability. Ever MNC was showing interest in Tamil Nadu rather that Andhra Pradesh. In Andhra the existing employers are thinking to move because of political and social unrest created by the Telangana protest. Foreign investors & NRI are not interested in Andhra. With this industrial unrest the talented youth of Andhra Pradesh are also migrating to other parts of country sometimes other parts of  the world also like Bangalore, Pune, Madras, Trivandrum, Noida, USA, Canada, UAE, Australia and so on.

In Tamil Nadu and Karnataka the NGOs are playing a vital part in the social awareness & development. With those NGOs support so many villager are improving their skills & life’s. These activities are showing some long term development in these states. But we are not even qualified for the charity because of all these Protests, Television media culture, selfish nature of politicians and Cast Capitalist are not allowing the common man to think & do beyond the box.

Ramgopal varma was used by the Vilasrao Deshmukh to regain the political charisma in Maharashtra which he lost at the time of Mumbai 26/11 blast. This is the main issue and main motive to the RANN film but any issue they won’t (we can’t say directly) so they used a mask.  Ramgopal varma and vVilasrao Deshmukh used the best and hot mask to portrait this subject in to the public that mask was “Media”. In the entire movie they make-up the situation that they are countering the media but really they are countering the Ashok Chavan & his politics.

Now a day’s anything in the media (or) on the media was going to be very popular and issue was spreading very fast and the result also coming so fast. So to have a fast changing result in his political career vilas rao hired ramgopal varma through this film.

For this project they need effective persons who can project this concept to public. There is no one above the Amitab. And entire world respects the Amitab words. So he was hired to project this project.

I think this is the reason Ramgopal varma visited Taj Hotel after blast with vilasrao deshmukh.

RANN was a just a political supportive movie to regain Political strength in Maharashtra by vilasrao deshmukh & Co.

In this planet everything became business for that numeric business propaganda is the only tool which is showing & giving huge numerical results.

In the Business body propaganda was flowing like blood.

In the great good olden days, yes those are really good olden days the business driven with some Moral values. But now all businesses are running with the base of cheating tool. In every business promotion was taking main part that promotion was become as propaganda. Every word form business people were fake words and every move was containing lot of showcasing with masala of propaganda.

In the business dictionary the Transparency word erased with the loud voice of propaganda.

These business people are good in giving names to their processes for this unfair propaganda they are calling as “BRANDING” this false Branding was speeded like a virus in a system and that virus was causing lot of damage to this system this propaganda so called Branding reached to those heights with for every business first the people are thinking to go for huge brand building. Whatever the product it is Brand building was must.

1 Ex:-   A writer to increase his book sales he started his propaganda as like “ you can’t take next breath without reading book” means to live your life you have to study this is a death warning to all the readers

2 Ex:-   one more write paste the Aiswarya roy  photo in the biography of “SITA”.

These propagandized promotions are crossing the limits with these we are not able to know about the real TRUTH about the Product. The TRUTH was submerged with these Propagandized promotions.

2008 Economic crisis was also the result of this propaganda culture. But see the stupid Business tactics they are making Profits from this crisis. Every company effected and not effected organizations are branding this crisis and making money by cutting cost of employees, their Benefits, increasing work without hiring new personnel. Like this the final benefited people are Business person only. They can do business with dead bodies also.

We have to wake up until then they make us fools and they enjoy the fruits of our foolishness.
